Battle.net Registered Name Change

Hi guys, I have a question

So I bought an battle.net account and i want to transfer some characters on my old account. Problem is: 2 different Real Life Names registered in the accounts.
Even after countless hours of questing through the internet I couldn't find a way to make it definitely work.
I know that there are many threads about this topic, but most of them are quite old.
Is there currently a method to change the registered name? Also it would be good to know wether those ways are legal or not.
Then there are some websites which sell a battle.net name change.
Are these scammers? Do you think that they use a legal way to change the name? Does anyone have experience with such websites?

The only public way (the method that's sold) to change the name on the Battle.net account uses illegal means - document forging.

Don't waste your time and money. I know someone on this forum who paid $299 for a name change and all it did was end up getting the account locked.
