Any tips on getting a battle.net account name changed "legitimately"?

Hello. I have been playing on a wow account for years that was opened by one of my relatives. Its hard to get a hold of them, and they live extremely far away. Is there a "good" way to get the battle.net account changed into my name? I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had an issue like this, I just wanted to see of anyone had any pointers on how I could accomplish this. Thanks in advance. :]

This may or may not be of use to most of you. I just wanted to say I just had mine changed by doing the one thing I thought that wouldnt work... by calling Blizzard and telling them the truth.

My situation was that I had originally played wow, and, stupidly I got my account banned for using a glider bot to fish.. It still frustrates me that I took that risk just to level fishing.....

Anyway, I started a new account under a fictional name as i wasnt sure if they would ban me again if i used my real one. I never did anything to break the conditions on the new account, I had learned my lesson. So, I manned up, called Blizzard and told them what had happened. I had all the original boxes / keys etc for the games, i new the entire history of the account.. every raid i ever attended etc. etc.. All payments for the entire time were also from my card.. also the name was obviously fictional. I waited on the line, wondering if they were going to ban me again, but surprisingly they just wanted more details to confirm I was the actual owner and they helped me out. Despite all the horror stories i had heard about how unreasonable Blizzard were... i was genuinely blown away by their customer service.
