Not sure. The emails (for me at least) only went out two days ago, so it's a new offer, but as I said I don't know what makes an account eligible.

Try this for EU, didn't work for me but might work for you, for me atleast it asks what account I want it on but I have already added 7 days free time a while ago.

Think you get 7 or 10 free days every 6 months for inactive accounts.

The 10 days are WOD Trails for non-upgraded accounts, and it is given / refreshed every 3 months.

But I guess the 7 days free for inactive WOD accounts are on 6 months+, yea!
