What is the Reason for GMs to give away 4day free gametime?

I just wrote a ticket and actually was asked the reason why I would like to have 4days

(which implied to me that with a solid reason, there is a yes)

so the most logical reason that instantly came to my mind was, to see what has changed in the game and how my guild progressed and if this is all okidokey I would resub.

answer of the GM: That I could login with a char below lvl 20 and see how the game is doing (not really for the content above 20 but yolo) and also make use of the guild chat. Okay.

My answer then was as sharp and as precise as possible: That with the right reason I would have just received 4 days of free game time. But the individual mind of the GM just said no to his particular reason I gave him.

GM: Have a nice day (real meaning: Yes you are correct but I am not allowed to tell you)

I have gotten 7 days of gametime when my sub expired, not that hard.

You usualy get 1 day if you ask for it, say you want to move a character to another server you can ask if you can log in and clear mailbox / change guildmaster etc. Dont know about 4 days though

Yep, worked for 1day by mentioning just that. I asked to have 1-4days. Maybe saying 3-4days will even give you 3 or 4. Although no idea why it would take you soo long to search your gbank/bank/mailbox

Unfortunatly I dont know the answer on the question that is set but I can tell you my exp how I usually get 1 day or so which gives you time now to farm by hand and grab yourself a token

You open up live chat and tell em you have trouble with buying token without logging then he will try to do it by hand and see where problem occures and as we all know there's no problem so hes saying that he doesnt see existing problem and he will add you 1 day of gametime in order to sort it out yourself.

Gametime is added usually after 15-30 mins depending on how busy they are.

Its all about social engineering, and how good your story is.

With single ticket, after the 13.05 suspensions, the next day I was able to receive 2x2 days gametime on two accounts, shared the same Battle.net. That was done in single Live Chat session.

Just make a good story, which you would actually believe to, if you were the GM.

The wording of a GM I just contacted using social-wording stunts that worked:

"No I just checked your issue. Please note that we cannot give free game time. But I will exceptionally help you this time but future requests can be denied, is that okay for you?"

Future requests can be denied (but of course wont, when clever acted) Do you see this? They have to, at least verbally, deny that they cant. But they still do.

Asked for 2days, got 2days.

Update: GM refuses to give you more gametime? Switch languages, try again. If it works, good job (did for me a few times). If it doesnt work, switch accounts (if you have multiple) and ask from there for your other account (just worked for me as we speak).

GM's give you gametime based on the amount of days you spent not playing WoW when you had gametime. A GM gave me 15 days one time because I hadnt played for like a month while my subscription was active.

All I do is say "Hey, can I have a few days of game time to try new content to see if I actually want to buy another subscription?" and they say sure.

Getting a few days gametime is very simple.

Open up live chat and say how you were thinking about returning to the game but are unsure if you want to renew your subscription or not. They will give you a few days gametime in hopes that you will cough up for a month. It works multiple times on the same account to.

Yes, it helps greatly (obviously) when you implement something you are "about to" pay for - usually there is always a yes

Ofc you all do this at your own risk and how you evolve with that kind of behaviour. That is all up to you
