How do I play on a russian server? (Solved)

I'm stuck here when I try to login, can anyone translate please or tell me where to find this form in in the .lua/.xml files, so I can lookup the translation myself on Goggle?

Quick question, even if you do get registered and everything, how are you going to be able to understand NPC's and items? If it's a russian server, everything should be in russian, not just account creation.

Playing the game won't be an issue, understanding other players will be a problem

Then what's the point? Playing an MMO when you can't understand almost the entire player base seems....not ideal? Or is this simply for botting so it doesn't matter?

Mainly for fixing my UI. There are some problems with cyrillic clients and also with players having cyrillic letters in their name - it's easier to create a character on a russian server than waiting for one of them to join an oQueue group.
