Is there a guide somewhere on buying SoR accounts?

By this, I mean just a how-to on what you should do to get what the account has to offer and what not before it is banned?

I am on US WoW and all the googling I do reveals that SoR accounts (in the US anyways), whether anything nefarious is occurring or not, are banned almost immediately... So I am looking for a step by step on what I need to do after buying them to get everything the account has to offer onto my main account (ie: titles, mounts, pets that account may have and perhaps the free level 80, though the level 80 is less important to me) before the ban occurs...

I have never transferred characters between accounts or merged accounts or anything like that... I am brand new at this stuff, I have one bnet account, I have always played on one server, etc... So when I see these posts that say "merge the SoR account with your bnet account" and "transfer the character from one account to the other..." I have no idea what any of that entails or how to do any of it... So can someone give me a hand by pointing out a step by step of what I need to do... I want to buy one of the epic accounts (the 50+ month accounts) over on the trading forum, and if it all works out from that one, I want to buy more...
