Anyone know how to transform into this Giant Dinosaur?

So I saw some one running around SW as a huge dinosaur. He had used Ai-Li's Skymirror on some one in Goldshire and had no clue how that person acquired the appearance. Any ideas?

Here is a screenshot I took after using my own skymirror and Kang's Bindstone:

The Dino is taller than the AH, makes a loud stomping noise when it moves and has a working /roar emote (with sound i think.)

Supposedly people are going into throne of thunder, on horidon using sky mirror when the dinomancers come out. Could be other methods but ik this is one.

Skymirror is only usable on players though. Rogue pick pocket maybe, but you would have to stay out of combat
