Getting my account back

Hi, i bought an account from a friend 3 years ago. Later it was suspended due to "Suspicious activity" and i was asked to fill out the new automatic recoveryform.
It gave me 2 options, to answer "Name of your first pet" or the serial of the game. Now, i asked the guy i bought it from if he remembered any of it and he didnt.
Is there any possibility to get it back in another way that wont reveal my identity?

I had extreme amount of collectors items. I mean, rare drops that might not do very much in PVE or PVP but it would take years to get it all back.

gm ticket with a picture of his ID. you can also tell them to change your secret question then.

Picture of passport works like a charm, they'll do anything for you if you show it, just note it has to be in the name of whoever made the account

Like others have stated, aside from a photo ID, you are SOL.
