no it isnt on elite it got removed for some reason maybe the name of the the thread but although whats on the thread was kill warbringers get klaxxi rep send it to your alt and get him to revered then

go there do the quests and get the items since they have no level requirement to wear

i did it all i still cant do the quests cause they got some kind of prereq quests u cant get unless ur 85-90

^^ This is basically what it was I believe. As for the prereq to unlock the quest (A Not So Friendly Request - Quest - World of Warcraft) you need to free (Kil'ruk the Wind-Reaver - NPC - World of Warcraft) with this quest (Psycho Mantid - Quest - World of Warcraft)

Doesn't look like it.

I made a deathknight, did a few quest to get the blue sword with no lvl restrictions on it. And I deleted the sword.

When I could see the sword in automated restore service, I deleted the deathknight and created a warrior with the same name.

I completed the restore and the webservice said it was successful.

My warrior didn't receive any mail. But it did get selected to fill out a GM survey (im not sure if surveys are targeted a specific character, or its account wide).
