Account Transfers/Bnet Merging Question/Help

Is there anyone with experience in this area that could answer some questions for me? Someone who's actually done it preferably so they're not just guessing like I would be. Involves multiple accounts, transferring toons between the accounts, merging the accounts into different bnet accounts. If anyone has experience with having done this please PM me so I could as you a few specific questions about how/what was done and the outcome.
