How risky is inviting chinese buyers into a main account bank alt's guild bank? Trying to sell off some gold, but wary of the risk. Almost considering buying a battlechest to transfer guild leadership over to for the sole purpose of selling the gold from there.

Doesn't hurt to be extra safe. I've never had problems selling gold with all my accounts in one.

You're on EU, I've stated a few times that they're a lot more harsh with their bot monitoring. It's amazing. I literally ran bg buddy on my level 90 hunter for 3 days straight. Didn't get banned. If you did that in the EU, I can say after hour 5, you'd probably be redflagged.

With your question, you should just get a new IP issued to you from your ISP (say you're getting ddos'd or just change your mac address in your router) if you're afraid of being IP focused. Or change your niche to botting.

I'll reveal my method of earning my recent 750k gold in 1 month. @Thaadevil and I have been talking back and forth. He's watched me in action:

5 level 80 twinks farming wrath heroics:
1 Blood dk (tank)
2 fire mages
1 boomkin
1 disc priest (heals)

They finish most instances in 7-14 minutes. I can on a good 18 hours of botting (these are scrap accounts), average 100+ instances. Pure gold farming I get 4800g JUST from looting. I normally set the boomkin to be my looter (druid kitty form + dash to catch up). Everyone else pass on loot, except priest who has enchanting and tailoring I have her get the cloth and roll d/e on everything. I craft bags and some green items to d/e for infinite dust. I do this by hand since I haven't made a profile yet for the shuffle. On average I earn about 15-20k gold per 18 hours of botting.

Mind you, this doesn't sound super amazing. But it's 100% afk and undetected by anyone other than a GM monitoring you (but they won't, for you haven't been reported).

In the last 25 days i've had good and bad days with this method. A few times they got stuck on a door, a few times the druid got too far behind from looting (they move really fast because i geared them all out).


I apologize for typos. This was a very very poorly described guide. But it should give you some insight on new cheap ideas of how to bot.

1) Is that random wrath lich king heroic? As you mentioned oculus is GG
2) You not using higher lvl characters e.g 85 level is for financial purposes? cata is just 5 euros or smthing and they could do finish the instance much faster
3)Are those 5 chars on a single guild as well ?
4)Any other methods to sneak out? . Ideas are appreciated as well ^.^

This method died, seems blizz patched the macro to queue heroic LK instances. They are in the same guild. I won't sneak out other methods. Use your imagination and branch off this one :P

I was becoming super depressed, out of shape and couldn't balance the money game with real life. I had to get out. I wanted to expand but health reasons held me back.

I can understand that as i have major depression issues aswell, but my depression stems from feeling like a failure and never having enough money to even pay for food at times. (I don't need sympathy) So having a botting empire that just makes money for me, and makes me my own boss would feel like a huge weight off my shoulders. I have currently started my guys going to make me irl money just takes times to build up to where you were.

Surely it feels great. Just really promise to be able to balance your time efficiently. Don't give up on friends/family like i did. I lost touch with a lot of people as well as developed social habits that i'm still getting over today.

The money is "neat" to be able to profit from a video game, in the long run....it's safest to get a real job and this be the money on the side. Which i'm doing now. I can monitor my bots from my office. I can still make $100-200/week from stuff. It's nice.

So I used to use my main account to shuffle stuff off my farmer accounts. It recently got a 72hr ban. So im trying to take it out of the equation, so its safer. My main account used to be my crafting account. I lvled professions on my farmer accounts today so i can remove that tie.

What I'm asking is how should i funnel my Mats, my Stuff ready to sell, and ect. How should i launder my gold from point a to point b.

I was going to type how my setup looks, but i drew a picture, if you want to draw on it again or edit to show me how you would run your system, id appreciate it. or type it out, whatever.

Hello, I'm quite a good gold farmer in-game (by hand), but since I do this all on my main account with tons of achievements and mounts / 90's / ... I'm afraid to sell it with this main account, don't want it to get banned. So I was thinking about selling like 200k g just once, to a trusted company. And then with the money I have, start up with botting. Not like I have alot of knowledge about botting, so here's some question I hoped you could answer:
-If I want to be 100% sure my MAIN account stays 100% safe, isn't it better to make a new battle.net account for the botting ?
-Should I buy this battlechest thing, and then just buy remaining expansions, level it to 90 by hand and set it up for botting ? Or do u recommend to lvl it to 80 or 85 ?
-Do u buy regular game-time for each and every of your botting accounts with money ? Or do you just buy a new battle chest when your time runs out or something.
-What server / region is the best choice for botting, high population ? or rather lower pop ? And I usually play EU so is it hard to get a bot set up for US?
-I only have 1 computer (wich I use to play my main account), and a laptop. Is it safe to run a bot / multiple bots on 1 computer or does this mean I can only run 1 bot on each pc, or even 1 bot just on my laptop ? (just to not bring my main account in danger since all use the same IP, Blizzard doesn't IP ban or stuff like that ?)
-Do I use multiple characters on 1 botting account for like Farm - another one to prospect mats and make stuff - and another one to post stuff, is this how a regular botting account looks like ?
-All the gold u made, u just sell to friends or companys with the botting accounts ?
