Bought Account safe ?

Hey, ive got a question.:
if i buy a account of ebay and buy a bnet name change
after that i would transfer the char to my battlenet account, is that safe for me ?

To get his account back all he need to do is explain his character was stolen and upload a drivers license.

It's ridiculous how easy it is to recall a account. I guess it's Blizzards tactic to stop people buying accounts.

Avoid buying accounts, especially on eBay.
