Suspected Honorbuddy Pathing detected

It seems like Blizzard has done something to detect Honorbuddy, most people on the forums believe that Pathing is being detected.

Not only careless botters have been detected but new botters and new accounts who have only botted a few hours.

The worst thing about this is that the Honorbuddy devs are hiding, they are deleting allot of posts, changing titles, banning people and changing poll scores.

So whats the point of this thread?

Don't use Honorbuddy, it seems the devs don't care and are trying to squeeze as much money as they can out of us before they go completely out of business.

Make use of this thread to find out whats going on and use that to prevent this in the future for other bots.

Just go onto the Honorbuddy banned section and you'll see whats going on

Yeah i see that they changed that poll... thats some BS was on there a few days ago there was no where near a thousand.. im just going to start shutting my bots down. Good ting I finished what I needed.

Not saying I have gotten banned, just lately I have had more bugged mobs, and Random people will follow me more than likely just players seeing if I am a bot but I never leave it unattended.

Currently botting 10 farmers in MoP, 4 hours per bot, 2 per realm and each with different and private profiles. Never been suspended or banned and have been botting with HB/GB a week after the GB banwave years ago. All farmers are decently geared, gemmed, enchanted and glyphed with a selection of achievement mounts to fly around on too.

I have not encountered any bugged mobs or pathing issues myself and I watch the bot when it runs. I avoid true AFK botting and have done since Glider days.

come on guys ditch the conspiracy theories, its prolly just GM's cleaning out a bit before 5.2 doing a bit of manual surveilance and acting quicker / fermer on player repports, we all know how easy it is to spot a HB bot if you realy want to, same exact thing happend before 5.1.

Just keep your botting low, until the second week of 5.2

Thats not the point. The point is that the Honorbuddy guys are in serious trouble...

Honorbuddy uses a mesh system wheich basically means there arent any set paths for it to follow. It has a file for each zone made up of many points, connected by lines where movement between points is possible. It then takes the shortest (while still varying slightly using a randomizer) to move from point to point on its way to the next waypoint. Theres no paths to follow or discover.
