Mage or Warlock, really need help here

I have both a Mage who is 90 and a Lock who will soon be 90. I'm really not sure which class to go with, any thoughts?

At the moment locks can do more dps in pve and are also pretty awesome in pvp at the moment. It also comes down to the fights and player skill. The arcane mage in my raid team is always top of te dps meters.

Check worldoflogs. Top 10 DPS quickview lists on almost every current raid fight is 10 fire mages haha. Mage and Lock DPS (at least afflic lock) is currently pretty competitive so I'd say it's a matter of what feels the best to you. I prefer my warlock over my mage regardless of the fact that mages seem to always have the slight edge in PvE and PvP.... It's still going to come down to what you like and what motivates you to play at your best. Hell, I even play destruction spec on my warlock in all but the most serious content because I like it the best, and its DPS falls short of every other spec of both classes.
