Removing locked SoR accounts from your battlenet?

Any possible way to do this? I wrote them a ticket yesterday and stated:

"For Christmas my friend gave me some of his old wow accounts and told me to merge them, they were banned the next day which doesn't really bother me because I didn't need them anyway, I was wondering if I can get all accounts on this bnet removed excluding my main one "xxxxx", they get in the way when I try to log in."

they replied

"Sadly we can not move the locked accounts associated with your Battle.net account. The original account holder will need to recover the accounts before we can assist in removing them. If your friend will like to assist you with such troubles, please provide him with the information below:

The account is currently disabled, so that you can regain sole and secure access. If you use a credit card to subscribe, it has been removed so you are not charged while the account is disabled. Please keep this message until you have regained account access."

Then a bunch of shit about printing documentation forms and shit.

Any way around this?

Whenever I merge an account, I do it through a public VPN in a Virtual Machine. That way, if there's no achievements worth anything on it, I call Blizzard, claim I was hacked and "recover" my account, and when they give it to me over the phone and I check the Battle.net account as they ask me to to test the password, I say don't recognise the account with the name <SoR account name>

Never had a problem doing this, though I don't think they will work for you give what you've already tried.

Though you can only do this once per account I'd say.
