When I try to log into wow It says

"This account is now closed and not available for use. Please visit www.bablablablabla.com.eu/banned"

But when I go onto account management it says

"This account has been temporarily suspended".

Does this mean I am banned and can no longer play or am I just suspended?

Btw Still waiting ages for blizzard to reply as they got my email mixed up so thought if any of you could lift my spirits onto if I have a chance of playing on my same characters after what above is said.

I am sorry I am worried I havnt recieved a MAIL FROM BLIZZARD!!!! for over 4 days reguarding my suspended accoutn and I don't know for how long I think its for inspection BUT they havn't updated me on anything or given me any news and I am sorry for this but I am GOD DAM MAADDD!!!!!! WHAT THE heII s up with Blizzard? Are they doing this to annoy me???? EVEN my AVATAR has gone god dam crazy and that's MEE!!!!!!

I have the exact same thing m8s. Account closed no longer available for use etc.... yet on account management which I am expecting is where the main up to date information will be is the one telling the truth. Mine says:

Supended.
This account has been temporarily suspended etc...

I am guessing that it is suspended for a bit and then will allow me to play again right? someone please give me extra information onto whether this statement is correct please.

And just for thos who don't know.

There is:

3 Hour Suspension for minor inconvinience.

72 hour suspension for serious inconvenience.

Then one that a lot of people miss out is the next stage from this is:

"Account Suspended/closed for investigation. Will possibly open again soon".

then the Final one is "Suspended/Banned/Account Closure".

Yes I think Blizzard makes it all very confusing with what is happening. But for an answer for not getting an email from blizzard about the suspension even though it says you will it is probably because you have the old email address assigned to you account details instead of the new current valid one you possibly use now.

i think the eu servers are a bit hot on exploits whereas am isnt as i have scammed twice and had a 24 hour where as my friend scams a lot and had only a warn
