Question regarding autoloot & epics

Will I get that "Looting *** will bind it to you."-message even if I´m in a group? Because I´m using a program called "Auto Mouse Clicker" to farm those shards and if that message is still there, I would need a extra "click" to hit "Okay", right?

Yes, you do need to click the extra button because by clicking it you're aware that the item will be bound to you after being looted.
