I would like to believe it's possible to get to Emerald Dream server side but it would have to require some form of exploiting for a couple of reasons. One is that Emerald Dream is on a totally different Map ID than Kalimdor/Eastern Kingdom. It MAY be possible but through some type of "Otherworld" variation forcing you to port to such a ID but it would only be a client side thing. Another possibility would be that Blizzard has left maybe some sort of land mass just floating randomly somewhere or under the map or in some instance in a cave that is 500 yards away outside the invisable wall (use your imagination ) and it would say your Location is "Emerald Forest" or whatever the General & Local Defense channel name is and you would be able to force port your self by doing a very known exploit.

When he said accesible, I think he meant, accesible, as in, going there with an actual exploit, instead of using model editing.
