Char Names!

Heya, Can you still Change your char name with delete him and the make a lvl 1 with the same name.Then speak with blizzard and get it back?
Then you can put another name on him?

Last time i tried this they changed thw characters name for me. So instead of (for example) Marlo they called it Marloo
