I have succesfully recovered account(s) with my own fake IDs/papers/bills.

Let me know more in PM if you are interested, what country it is currently, what country you want it to be etc.
If the destination country doesn't matter then it shouldnt be much trouble at all (as long as it's raf eglible country).

to all of you who wants to change country with this way, it doesn't work cuz i tried to do this... they aceppted my fake bill but they also checked my IP address which was in "old country" and everything was ****ed up. so GL
