Has anyone actually contacted blizzard and asked if the annual pass time will be reset or not? I've had 5 months pass by just fine, and if i can pay legit from now and just get away with 7 months then thats fine, but if the timer on the account is bugged, or just not updated or something then i might aswell bail right away, im not paying for 12 months from the time of removal of my RAF months
Atleast the way they worded it in the email made it sound like we gotta pay 12 months from the day of the RAF removal, but none of the timers where actually extended yet as far as i know.
As I understand from the email, the timer is reset and the AP is extended so you can still taking advantage from it, but having to pay it all. HOWEVER, as far as we log in our account, it seems like it didn't move. So, don't know for sure, but I guess we shouldn't open a ticket for that. I assure if I have to pay 12 months again, I'll just cancel my account, and they can eat their Diablo3 key.
I understand the mail in a different way. It's more like "we have started charging your credit card again automatically, so you don't have to worry about not paying us", but from what I understand the expire date of the annual pass shouldn't change. At least that's what I understand and I expect, I don't mind paying the 7 months left... But if they do change the expiration date, Imma fire ma laz0rs against them :P
We need more people writing in the forum about their experiences regarding contacting blizzard via telephone or with a battle.net ticket so we can get more info.

So what the heck is this shit. I am sure they cannot do this in germany because its heavily against the lawsuit! I alreay wrote an email to the support that they should immediatly redo this removal...
I called EU Spanish Customer Service via telephone, and they answered me that, as I said, the expiration date of the annual pass doesn't change. I asked about removing the annual pass altogether, and they made me send an e-mail to [email protected]. I will post here as soon as I get a reply.

How do I revoke my AP now? I never planned to pay for it, I can't fit it in on my budgetI always just paid for gametime with gold!!
Sure about that? If I would get all the money they make through this just for a single month...I wouldn't have to worry about paying my bills for a long, long time. They know exactly what's going on with many thousand customers (maybe tenthousands) that pay their Gametime through RaF for around 2 years or more and don't do anything against this, except the AP shit currently going on. There must be a reason and the only reason I could think of is that they still make some nice profit with it, if only 10% doesn't chargeback it's more than a good deal. Don't forget, a active account doesn't cost blizzard more than a few cents every month.

@cara, call Blizzard Billing, usually they will take it off, but sometimes they won't. Or, you can switch to a pre-paid CC (once where you put money on it) so they can't bill it. Usually, that will end up in a ban though.
I'm currently skilling up herbing+mining on one account, just to try to have it temp/perm banned and see how that affects the annual pass![]()
Had prepaid CC with no money on as payment method, it was removed but the ap was still there. Today for whatever reason I got a mail from blizzard that my account has been banned for abuse of economy. I haven't done anything suspicious on that account but that's what I wanted. AP gone, not available to me anymore but the D3 license is still active...waiting for the 15.05. now
@portalsola: Why not spam for some goldsellers? This should be the way to get your account banned very fast. I wanted to do this, too but Blizzard was faster. This could be real fun if you find someone else who wants to get rid of his ap this way. If two chinese level 1 goldsellers of different companies (maybe named ping and pong) flame and undercut eacht other in /2...I had so many ideas...all wasted...I'm sad.![]()

Well spamming will most likely lead to a perm ban, i'd prefer to just get a 72h ban but if it ends up being perm i won't loose sleep over itim herbing in uldum on a high pop server now so i smell ultimate doom comming!
why the should ban you for herbing ? or do you use a bot ?
