Problem with switching from US to EU using realmlist

Ok so before tuesday I could go into the wow data folder then enUS then click on the realm list and change:

set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist enUS.patch.battle.net:1119/patch
set realmlistbn ""
set portal us

to

set realmlist eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist enUS.patch.battle.net:1119/patch
set realmlistbn ""
set portal eu

And it would work and I could open wow like I normally would and I could log into my EU accounts. But after today it works fine with US but when I try to log into my EU account it says unable to validate game version. Anyone have any ideas or ways to fix this?

run the repair utility? the us launcher got an update this morning between 5-11 am server times. this probably will be hitting eu soon as well, so you can wait a few days before your fellow eu'ers get it then should be able to run like normal without any changes.
