Raf issue

Hello all.

Got a problem with the retards from Blizzard. Last week i got 6 months with RAF payed with my credit card for the 6 new accounts.After 8 days all the 6 months got removed and no money returned on my credit card.
As long as i payed with a valid cc and even my own cc + i have the right to use 20 rafs when i want to, the retards dont want to return my money. Talking with some friends i was told that i was abusing raf....wtf really....as long as is written black on white i have the right to do 20 Raf when i want to not when they want to...
What do you think about this?What should i do next?
