Problem with using authorize.net

I attempted to donate using authorize.net and was met with a file_put_contents php error. I tried three times and each time the money was deducted from my bank account and then placed right back in. After contacting authorize.net about the issue I was informed that it was a problem with this site. Here is a copy of the email

The php error log is as follows. I'm not sure if [path] is supposed to be replaced with an actual path but that's my guess.

This is a problem with the website so cheers for the report looks like a CHMOD issue but admin web dev will fix soon
