Guild question

Seems i`m having some difficulty in creating a guild from scratch since people wont even bother to enter a level 1 guild when there are a lot of other "better" guilds out there. Any suggestions on how to motivate people into getting into the guild and leveling it?

Or it would be nice if anyone could advice me on how to create the proper inviting text? Maybe that would give me more chances into getting a few more people into the guild

First you should try to invite some of the friends you make on your realm or there alts. It easy to gain some xp whit the dungeon run.
If you are new to a realm try to go to wow forum and tell that if somebody wants to move on a new realm, start everything again etc.
There was a post about a person that manage to create a realm whit this since he was looking for 4 people to start over and in the end they become 20,
About the text, especially if you are low try to say that you are a friendly guild that offers both pvp and pve runs, some good events etc. Mostly you should not use autoinvite and your text must be something that doesn't look like a copy text since mostly will ignore your guild if is lower then 10 whit this.
