Banning bnet account permanently

hi there i bought blizzards annual pass and now i cant seem to get it off my billing account. so far after searching over and over it seems like the only way to stop it is by changing my credit card.
i no longer play wow anymore. my 2 characters have been passed to my younger brothers account.
i would like to get my battle.net account permanently banned since that is my only option atm.
if anyone has an up to date method of getting this done fast and effective it would be appreciated.

You could just call your bank and have them cancel the direct debit!

Alternatively, create a new character and start shouting and swearing in all channels with the most offensive shit you can come up with.

i do pay for my younger brothers transfers and what not. doing so would block all blizzard transactions.
