Well, first post in months...

Dupes exist in many (if not all) games. The question is only of how difficult it is to find. I've made some games myself, and I understand how difficult it is to create even a simple loot system with a rewarding process that cannot be subverted by disconnections, 3rd party program manipulations, and other game mechanics.

If you're just reading this thread for confirmation of gold dupes or item dupes, then you're all hearing the truth: They exist. If you wanted to see proof of dupes on your server a while ago, then you would have seen Heavenly Shards go from about 150g (or some high number) to about 5g (or some low number) within a week. Literally, if you ordered 10,000 shards from a duper, in 20 minutes, they'd be back with another load of 10,000. If you want to see proof of dupes on your servers today, you'd be hard pressed to find it besides gold prices tanking beyond recognition. The difference is that it was an item dupe in the past, which is still up in the air honestly, and today all that is really being moved is gold from a gold dupe. Nothing to sell to vendors and no middle men. The easiest way to put it is, if you are trying to sell gold, and you server is ALWAYS full from every vendor, one of the dupers are working your server.

I need to end this by saying never, ever download any program that says it provides gold dupes, item dupes, stat hacks, or the like. 100% of them are keyloggers, and only some of them are nice enough to give you pretty GUIs to make it look like they are working for the few minutes it takes to steal your account. All the dupes of the past did not require software of any kind - never download any of those 'tools'.

I stumbled upon this myself by accident, no idea how to recreate it, but it was with Mysterious Fortune Cards, sold them all, next day while doing something they started reappearing one by one in my bags.

Back in Wotlk i had a verry simmilar thing happening wile turning in rep for ravenhold, and i knew i did a actually duplicate/Copy.
i had my baggs Full of those daggers for turning in lockboxes(dagger was Qreward) so i usually vendor them all, and after filling my baggs with my usual stuff i kept getting 7 daggers back in my baggs.(surprizingly enough, 7 daggers becose those were my last free spots to completely fill my bagg.
i checked my money and logged out, daggers were back and i still had all my G, i sold them again and anfter relog they were back and my money was still up to date from last sold daggers.

ii think we are on to something here

I had this same thing happen to me the other night after I got done raiding. I had a vanq token and turned it in for a peice of gear. I logged over to send myself some gold and when I logged in I had 2 peices of the same gear. I havent tried to recreate the dupe but im almost sure it can be done again. Ill try it after my raid tonight.

and i aint on wrong forum and that just a tip 2 him... i want 2 know it but i know it would be impossible because only people know other blizzard people or hack i dunno how to get it rofl..
