Looking to sell my account. Dont know where to start. lmao

Hey. I'm a long time GB/HB user who recently just got really burnt out. I figure I'd try to sell my account while my gear is still worth something. Problem is... I have no idea where to start.

To give you guys some background.

I participated as a main healer in a very good raiding guild since the end of wrath. (US20th) I landed myself server first heroic lich king, as well as Invincible. This tier, I achieved blackwing's bane, along with a very decent amount of gear. I wasn't able to snag Al'akir, Chogall, or Sinestra after quitting for academic reasons.

I ended up picking up PvP afterwards, and since then, earned all my 2200 gear; including the weapon.

So all in all, this is what I have. Could you guys start me off with a price?

It's a Blood Elf Priest BTW.
-31 Titles include Realm First Lich King.
Bane of the Fallen King, Defender of a Shattered World,
Light of Dawn, and Blackwing's Bane.

- Invincible's Reins
- Both Frostwyrms
- Ulduar Drakes
- Chopper
- Travelers Tundra Mammoth
---89 Mounts in Total 100+ Companion Pets.
- 10425 Achievment Points.
- 525 JC/Alch/Cooking/Fishing/Arch
- Full 359/372 Raiding Gear.
- Full 2200 PvP Gear w/372 Weap/offhand Arena Master title.
- Sylvanas' Music Box, Fossilized Raptor, Still working on the Bug mount. Every Single Holiday Vanity Item in existence. As well as other Arch Epics.

What site would I go about selling this on? I'm hoping to get more than 1000USD, and I'm afraid if I wait any longer the value would drop. Is this price reasonable? Too much, too cheap?

Thanks in advance guys, I'm probably going to bot up another Priest with my lifetime account... I need money!

PS: Is there anything you guys would recommend me doing to up the price? Got HB lifetime... Reps maybe?

I hate to let you know it, but this account isn't worth 1000$ anymore, or really wasn't worth that at the time it was super good.

The only time you will see an account worth 1000$ or more, is an account with what you have now + spectral tiger, or having Scarab Lord.

I would personally price your account at 500$ or so, that's personally what I would play.

Hopefully I gave you a good ballpark estimate, but it all varies from buyer to buyer. Hopefully I helped you out. I just believe you might have a little too much sentimental attachment to your account, like I would mine.

Aw, Even with Invincible? I know people who paid 500$ to get it when it had a 100% drop rate. :P

I want to walk away from this game with a new TV, 500$ for the ludicrous amount of blood and tears that went into the game doesn't seem worth it T.T.

I sold full raid epicced out US Priest on playerauctions.com for 300 eur (~450usd) so this acc is definitely worth more than that.
+ I sold the acc within 12 hours of posting it.

I was thinking of posting the account on the MMOwned WTS Forum. You guys have any experience with this?

I know so many people that have gotten scammed from selling their accounts. (Disputing paypal payments after the trade goes through)
How do I prevent that?

Doubt it's 500$. My account has a bit more than this (legendaries, 40 titles and 11125 achie points), and I've been trying to sell it for $200 for 2 months now.
