[Tip] Easy hurricane procs as a rogue

I discovered today, while doing some TB dailies, that the hurricane enchant can proc off of sap as well as pickpocket. I've started to use this to my slight advantage in PvP, mashing the sap key until I get the proc up before attacking. Not too big of a difference, but it can be helpful for min-maxers in the same vein as double potting before pulling a boss.
