Reserved Names (Wasn't fully sure where to put this)...

Hello all, I was attempting to make a character with a "minor" name ban (Sexy in the name to be exact, nothing like "ass****" or anything) and found out Blizzard is boring and reserved it. Note this is on a private server, but it's obvious the whole client was emulated including the banned name list (1.12 server).

Well, I remember from my model editing adventures that I came across a file containing banned names which I figured I could make a quick edit to and exploit the name in. Well I did so with no luck, so I figured it might possibly be on the servers side, but then I remembered seeing a person on live with the name "Arthas" which is contained in the reserved names file.

I tried making a character named Arthas, which was banned, which means these two people had to of gotten it in some fashion, so here is my question, it's possible in some way to use a banned name, how do you do it? What are the mechanics behind it? Etc.

The list is not client side. Either modify the server's list or circumvent name creation validation (i.e., modify the character's DB entry more directly).
