Guild Exp

Hey, on my server lately there have been suggestions that if a member leaves a guild, all exp earn for the guild by the member dissapears, can someone confirm or deny this?

i can deny it, alot of people have left my guild and the exp stays the same.

From what I've read but have no actual proof, the experience is only lost if the person is gkicked, not if they leave on their own.
