if you've got the info for the account then you can recall it.

I have all the info. the guy sent me the money via Western Union. I am curious if he can contact his local authorities since he has proof I received the cash. It was under $325.
He can't tell the authorities, because he buyed an world of warcraft account and you are not aloud to do that.
Your best option is, recalling it. Phoning up blizzard yes correct but if they do find out you were selling your account then you can get banned.
So you got two options.
1. Phone Blizzard.
2. Recall *Did you change the email to theirs? If so just merge it with an battle.net account. Then u got that money for free![]()
In my opinion the best you can do is choose option 1 as Menthol8 said,
And tell blizz you acc got hacked or something,
And then make up something about the acc really is yours!
Then you got a free $300+ and you account!
Good luck mate!![]()
You can still be pulled into court if the person remembers your information (Address, Name), he can just call his local authorities and they will handle it. Money, is money, you can't expect to get away with it.
Also, doesn't matter if your victim was buying an account, scamming money is more serious as it is coming out of someone's own bank account.
