Battle.net Unmerging and Merging

At the moment, lets say I have 2 Battle.net accounts.
Account1 is my main, the one I play on.
Account2 is the one a friend gave me.
I have all of Account1's information as it's mine.
I have all of Account2's information including Proof of ID, but his ID has his name on it, and it's from Canada, while Account1's USA.
I have all CD Keys except I have 4 Vanilla keys that might be the one associated with the account. He could not figure out which one was for the account. I can just say the same thing - I don't know which is for which account.
I can photoshop Account2's ID to say my name, and use the original ID to say that Account2 got a name change.
Can I then unmerge Account2's WoW into Account1's, or can I not? Will they have the same last name, etc?

TL;DR
Just wondering if anyone can verify this or provide a simpler method to get Account2's geared character onto Account1 with different names?

Haha, I'm a bit afraid of trying. Last time I tried to just unmerge and merge it with a new account it got locked for suspicion of me being the unoriginal owner. Had to call again and give all the info and proof of purchase and ID all over again to someone who was obviously nicer and decided to unlock the account because they had no proof I was not the original owner.
