Today (now) i got home after eating lunch. And it said when i logged in : You have used up your prepaid time for this account. Please visit wow-europe.com /account to purchase more to continue playing. So i grabbed my card and was about to buy more. Then i noticed my account was frozen so i clicked "Change payment method" (paying with card) and it said.
