    Charge back detected, help!



    Today (now) i got home after eating lunch. And it said when i logged in : You have used up your prepaid time for this account. Please visit wow-europe.com /account to purchase more to continue playing. So i grabbed my card and was about to buy more. Then i noticed my account was frozen so i clicked "Change payment method" (paying with card) and it said.

    It seems like payment for a Race to Race/Character transfer has been charged back, and they've locked your account untill you pay them.
    If you haven't charged back, you should probably contact your bank.

    Correct me if I'm wrong.

    ok, what happened here was u sent them money, received ur time and they didn't get the money, call them and they will give u some more support, but in the end ur gonna have to send in (by mail) a money order for the money u owe to them to reactivate the account, thats what i had to do about a year ago, same situation, call them just to make sure this is the situation, and here is a link to the form u must use and more information how to send the money in

    and make sure u send it express depending where u live, it could take up to 2-6 weeks if u dont

    Call them, email them, webform them.
    Happened the exact same thing to me when i got my account hacked b4 using the authenticator :P
    They've sayed that my payment was blocked due to security reasons since i got hacked. After talking to them, the blockage was lifted.

    Much like always, blizz wants their money (suprise suprise). The payment was charged back, so once you pay them the cash you owe them the account gets unlocked. Its always about the paper.

    i have my original wow account code and i got my phone ready so what shall i say? Never called em before or had problems with my acc

    You call them tell them it says there was a charge back.
    They will ask for your account info.
    Then they will look up your account.
    THey will then be able to tell you exactly what's going on and what you need to do to fix it.....

    Stop posting here asking the same thing like 5 other people have told you to call them...
    We can't tell you how to pay it back. THat's between you and Blizz. If you don't have a CC I know here in the US you can pay for your account and other features with Paypal so you could go that route. Or get a Prepaid Visa ect...

    hmm i can use my parents visa card, and i sended a mail to em and i will call em soon if i don't get a real response..

    Happened to me once, but Hacker paid for gametime in order to steal my shit (which I got back within a week, lol.. yay Customer Support).. paid for 2 months actually, and charged back the second month, getting me frozen. I contacted billing about it (Via email) told them hacker did it, said I refused to pay for gametime I wasn't paying for in the first place. They unfroze my account and gave me 15 days free gametime for the time they had me frozen for I'd say they're pretty good with sorting these things. I emailed them, but calling is more efficient if you want it done quickly I believe.
