I've been downloading every patch since the first day and I haven't seen it. Oh well it doesn't matter, Beta is coming and it has to come soon. Blizzard isn't going to hold people until cata with ICC for a year and a mediocre 1 boss raid.

With the way Alpha/F&F Beta is progressing, I think they expect ICC, Ruby Sanctum, and the Echo Isles/Gnomer events to last us until Cataclysm's release...

Which is probably 6-7 months from now.

I hope not. I've cleared ICC heroic and we all know Ruby sanctum is just gonna be another easy loot pinata. I did both the Echo Isles/Gnomer on the ptr yesterday and while they were both cool, they were way too short and only lasted about 30 minutes.

Cataclysm needs to come out during September at the latest.

While nice, I still know a decent amount of guilds that haven't cleared ICC heroic. I'm sure it'll come out at an appropriate time, after a good size of the playerbase has finished ICC Heroic. And anyways, September is far too soon, and October seems plenty more likely.

Dissapointing, but expected. It's still odd she's in Stormwind though. And with that text, since from my understanding Alliance and Horde are in full blown war come Cata, so there's little to avoid. Maybe the title an text is nothing but placeholder for now? Hell, maybe her being there a all is placeholder.

Yes, they are supposed to be, as a part of Stormwind has been destroyed.

As for Varian, it could be half-propaganda, half-truth. I mean, wars cost money, resources and lives. The population doesn't like prolonged wars. Angry population + war haste= mass revolt/rebel groups gain power (which is what the Defias seem to be).

Alternatively, it could be all a clever plan by Deathwing and his silbings. Remember, it was Katrana Prestor -Onixya- who led to the creation of the Defias Brotherhood, it would be a clever strategy for Deathwing to deliberately destroy a part of Stormwind to make this happen.

That does sound quite plausible. Heck, the Defias start to destroy Sentinel Hill at the end of the questline, It's possible that Sentinel Hill was being built up to accomodate the new homeless citizens.

You said the questline just ends with Sentinel Hill burning? That doesn't sound right...

Also, I don't suppose you have the quest text for when you return and tell Varian about what's going on in Westfall, do you?

Um, just curious about a few simple things.

1.any information on the Earthen Ring in any of the quest you've done? I know they're suppose to play a big part in this expansion.
2.I noticed that mail armor value has gone up from the pic you posted? Do you know the average armor difference between plate/mail/leather/cloth?
3.Does agility still give dodge and armor? I'm assuming it doesn't because they have to balance it with strength.
