Atleast dog pets are in the game now.
I'm sure you're getting tired of requests by this point, but do you happen to know if there's anything new going on in Duskwood? I've heard there's some new activity over by Raven Hill.
Awaiting updates. :P
It'd be cool to see the Westfall questline finished up soon.
WTB Horde areas...
Stonetalon Mountains
Stonetalon Mountains became a pretty serious warzone after the Cataclysm. After receiving the so-called "Gnomecorder", which was given to me by a seemingly crazy professor. I entered Stonetalon Mountains from Ashenvale. The first thing I was tasked to do was killing some Windriders with huge cannons (previously posted pictures). As I did so I was asked to destroy some Horde supplies & kill "Incinerators" Orcs with flamethrowers, who seemed pretty angry. As I saw that the gas-tank on their back was attackable, the whole thing got pretty easy, as an exploding gas-tank is nothing to joke with.
As I proceeded through the Windshear Crag, I found a mine, where I met two members of the Alliance. They told me to get some ore out of the mine & kill some overseers. As I never question orders, I again did as I was told & upon returning I was informed that there was a giant balloon with a bomb hanging from it & that I need to stop it doing from whatever it was about to do (probably destroying some Alliance outpost). As I jumped on the balloon, some Goblins were following me & I tried to kill one after an other on. The whole thing ended with me jumping off the balloon & pulling the rope on my parachute.
Luckily I landed in a new Alliance outpost where there was a huge robot lying on the floor. Besides it I found a little girl called "Alice" who asked me, whether I could find some parts to revive "Mr P." her robotfriend. Some Nightelves then asked me whether I could rescue their sisters who were encaged by some bad-ass Orcs. As my Worgen has a crush on Nightelves, I was forced to accept. To heal Alice's robotfriend I was required to find some machine & mechanized elements (Goblin Totems :]). As I'm a quite powerful warrior, the Goblin's and Orc's didn't stand a chance against me!
Returning to Alice, she revealed herself as quite a mean-girl, as she wanted me to enter Mr. P. to kill some Horde-guys. I have to say, this robot is so awesome! He's able to do anything I always wanted to & even more! ;D
As I completed the last tasks at Windshear Hold, I was asked to join some Nightelves up at Mirkfallon Lake, where I would encounter, who would have thought, more Goblins! Those green guys sure are weird. They built huge pumping stations to get something out of the ground around Mirkfallon Lake. As if this wasn't enough... there it was... the huge balloon with the bomb! I got kinda mad and did everything I was told (killing some hobgoblins, making some pump stations explode, meet a spy...) & found out that there's some kind of logbook on top of the base, which the goblins established on Mirkfallon Lake. The balloon was set to drop the bomb at Thaldarah Grove, which is a school for Druids. I hurried to Thaldarah Overlook where I met Master Thal’Darah, who asked me to rescue some of his disciples.
When I returned to him, we got on a Hyppogryph and tried to stop this catastrophe, but we could just watch as the bomb destroyed the entire area. After killing some of those tendrils and another faceless one, like in Ashenvale, I was sent to the Charred Vale, where the Alliance established another outpost. It’s awesome how much happened in the past years, as there was nearly no Alliance presence in Stonetalon Mountains before the cataclysm. The Charred Vale became a huge fiery crater, populated by many Dragonkins & Elementals.
I just had to kill some of those and traveled off to my last point of interest in Stonetalon Mountains: Northwatch Expedition! A heavily guarded outpost right over the Grimtotem’s village. The problem: it is situated right at a mine, which second access is constantly invaded by Horde forces, after killing some Horde assassins and rescuing some mineworkers. The Alliance force commander asked me to meet the Grimtotem’s ambassador as they might be a good ally against Garrosh’s forces. As I met the ambassador he explained, that Garrosh wants to eradicate his tribe, so he’d welcome any Alliance support.
After supporting them with some Alliance arms, I killed the Horde generals, that were leading the attack on the village.
Out of gratitude Grundig Darkcloud allowed us & the Alliance forces to pass right through his village into Southern Barrens.
I hope you respect all the work I put into this post, the screens & everything I did lately. Sorry that it took so long, but although it doesn't look like that, it's quite some work.
Thanks man.
So, judging by the fact they bomb a druid base, and Garrosh wants to eradicate all Grimtotems, it's shaping up that the rumor from before about Garrosh being a Mean Saurfang is looking true.
Fine by me, of course.
Wow, just wow! Thanks for good work again. It looks like that conflict between horde and alliance will be actual once again!
And by the way, i hope you are moving intonow to levelThe Hinterlands:
- The Hinterlands is now ready for testing for both the Alliance and the Horde lvls 30-35![]()
That bomb looked fricken' awesome!
First off, thanks aLOOOOT for this! Any chance of donating the information to The Cataclysm Wiki? They're sorta calling out for quest info right now.
Also, I've heard some nasty rumors and, as a Worgen, I figure you could confirm or deny it, I heard that after the Worgen starting quests Gilneas is destoryed, is that true? I hope not. (The Lost Isles too, but you seem straight Alli to me and I won't push the subject).
Sorry about adding to the question payload, I hope I'm not asking much, considering your Worgen's level.
