Ninja?

I'm gonna change server soon, but before I do that I'm thinking about ninjaing DBW. I know ninjaing is perfectly legal (I did it once before without a ban), but I wonder if I wait for another week, and if DBW drops again, I can sell it for 5-6, even maybe 10k. Is that legal? Ninja-sell items in raids? Can I say that's my own loot rules?

Playing on EU servers btw.

You can do that, but that will be bad for your reputation.

There is nothing wrong with doing that, if you don't include morals. Trading in-game items for in-game items is not mentioned as against the EULA.

you will be hated and make sure you change your name or they will find you and tarnish your reputation on the new server. Just dont mention loot rules until it happens then say "this is how it is..." if asked at the beginning avoid the topic.

It's a completely newly dinged 80 on a server I have no other chars on. It's even alliance, though all my other chars are horde =) Just asking, cuz I'll move it as soon as I've taken DBW, but if I can get epic flying as well that wouldn't be 2 bad =)

You could probably sell it for a lot more than 10k, the last one in my gdkp run went for 43k :P
