No. If you get caught on one, the other will not be affected at all. There are over 11 million people that play WoW, so depending on how unique your name is, there is most likely someone else in the world with the same name as you, so they can't really prove it's you unless they look into your email//address//ect. But they wouldn't do that in the first place. Only the account you choose to bot on will be at risk.
