Mangos server logon problem, cannot find maxbuild to fix?

I am somewhat knowledgeable with privateservers and their logon config file. normally when the game cannot validate ur game version u just change the maxbuild to something nuts like 99999. but my logon config doesnt have any max build in it to change... can anymore help me? here is what my logon config has in it ... :
