Making My Mangos Server Public (problem)

Hello ive currently started my own mangos server and there is a problem getting it public when i make the realmlist in navicat to my external ip people can connect fine but i get realm loop and then when i set it to my internal ip i can connect and they get realm loop. and when i set it to my no-ip i get can not connect to realmlist server.

if anyone can post a solution will be really thankfull! also i have searched the fourm and still cant find a fix.
