I need help creating a guild!!

I tried every kind of way to get people to sign my charter, I tried randomly going around having people try to sign and also even offered around 50g a signature. I am still not getting any signatures. I really want to start a guild up since guilds on my server only like to recruit hardcore raiders or pvpers. Not much casual guilds and if there is there a bunch of kids who just stuff the gbank with greys and greens and worthless stuff. Is there any way to get people to actually sign a charter or am I just doomed to not have one.

Try offering start up cash to the new players in Valley of Trials or whatever it's called for example as long as they sign the charter.

I've tried that already. Seem's that people nowadays already have a guild to run to when they make an alt. Also seems like people don't care about gold nowadays also.

the fastest way to get the signatures is to just run arround in the prime time and invite everybody, without asking him, to sign your guild charter
i created 2 guild in the past few months, and both times i started with offering 20g per signature but only got 1 or 2. this takes ages...
then i started to invite everybody i saw and after 20-30 min i had the signatures...

Seriously, I only bribe people 10g, just spam trade chat, if you can't get a couple of scrubs to sign your charter you fail at life.
