Please help me?!?

Ok, so I have been playing WoW for 3 years now with no problems.
Today I was playing and everything was fine. I logged off and later logged back in, I made a new character and in any chat wether its /s /p /g /w or anything it says "you are not allowed to speak that language", I cant buy things it says "your inventory is full" but its empty, and everything that starts out in bags (hearthstone, bread, ect.) is equipped to me in my gear as in im wearing it. Its starting me out with no gear besides my hearthstone and such equipped to me and negative dmg. So I logged onto my other characters and its the same thing. I ran the repair tool and that did not help me either....
PLEASE help me if you can, any help will be sooooo much appreciated.

Try to go into your WoW folder, and clear your Cache.

Yes, I tried that already. But did not help me. =[

1. make an backup of your wtf and interface and delete the one in your wow folder
2. watch if it helped
3. run the repair.exe
4. if that doesnt help too, aliens came and destroyed your pc

Re-install WoW and the problem must be away.
