What will blizz cust service ask?

I made my original account with a different name then my own because i transfered a wow char from a friends account to it at start. But now my account is merged to a battle.net account with my real name.

Recently my iphone crashed and i lost my authenticator, and since i did not backup my phone recently enough to still have it i am now locked out of my account.

I obviously know all the original account info except cdkeys but what name will blizz support want to kno when i call in to remove the auth? My original account name or my battle.net account name?

I hope i provided enough info to understand please let me know since i'll be calling in tommorow.


Also what info do i need to remove a authenticator?


EDIT : last few people i explained it to mentioned nice cover story for a stolen account.

Do you have any proof-of-purchase that you were the one who owns that Authenticator?

Can you get a Photo ID of your friend whose name is on the account?

i bought it through itunes so i got a email with a reciept from buying it.. as far as id idk it was a few years ago idk how to get in contact.

Im most curious about what name they will be interested in having imma go ahead and assume they want the battle.net account.
