Ok, i just went there using a wall hack.
Theres nothing special its just a house and a few defias bandits.
The area up there is called "Thunder falls" and ive heard that it is a secret area.

Im using alot of addons, If its the bar mod you want i use Bongos, another one is Nerfed UI

i walk there all the time sompletely normal on my 19 twink when no BGs are going and no ones up to a duel. no secret. wide open.
