Rodney Dangerfield played a movie called "back to school" with Sally Kellerman, she appeared in two episodes of The Outer Limits...

As of now i can't figure out what episode she first appeared in... Working on it. :P

EDIT: She appeared in these two "The Human Factor" first aired 11 november - 1963 (her first appearance) and later "The Ballero Shield" first aired 10 february - 1964
