Unmerging a Battle Net Account

How? I've tried 2 times now, once I got a bitch who said No, you can't its in the TOS, second time I got a nice guy named Kevin but I ended up going in the wrong direction saying I had two accounts and wanted to unmerge one and merge it into the other and he got all powerly and said oh i'll do it for you, we went down that track then i ended up hanging up.

So, how do you guys do it? It's been merged since June 25th 2009.

As far as I know the only way is to call Blizzard and somehow convince them.

Try something along the lines of you merged the wrong account or something, be creative, not much else you can do besides calling them though.
