Way to have a WoW opened but..

not having to load all of the scenery and such, i want to run a character through instances on my other character, but my computer isn't that good..

So, i want to know if there is a program that can have a WoW opened but it doesnt generate any lag or take up any CPU Usage..

No theres not mate, turn all your graphics down to the lowest and try it then if not then there nothing you can apart from get a new comp.

But tbh you must not have a very good comp, my old comp had 2gb ram 8600 gt gfx card and a basic dual core amd and that was fine for running 2 wow games at once, without lag.
