    Does WoW account warnings expire?

Well, I think I got 2 warnings in total, the first one I got about 4-5 months ago (for scamming gold on another server, and someone reported and got his gold back and warned me), and the second I got it today (for casino-ing, I don't regret, made 14,2K gold in 2 days and got my Hog).
My question is that the warnings expire in a time? If so, in how much time.

And in case I'll get the 3rd warning, I'll get permabanned right? And if so, is there a way to unban the account?

Depends on what the last warning was about and what the previous warnings were for. For scamming, if the third warning was for scamming or anything like that again, you will more than likely not get your account back without putting up a heck of a fight. (Email spam go!) It'd be better for you to get another wow account and transfer all your important mains over to it before you scam or do anything like that again. Also making inconsistencies (different IP address logging on, changing the email and password and such on the other account about two weeks after you transfer) and THEN scamming on that account would let you say "I got hacked! Don't blame me!"

Stuff like reported for saying "WTB Weed PST" in trade (my first warning XD) may go away over time, and don't really matter as long as it isn't a regular occurrence. As for unbanning if you do get banned, there are people here who write unban letters to blizz that tend to have a good success rate, but avoiding getting banned in the first place is generally a good policy to have.

    Good luck ^__^
