Account Locked.

So on one of my scammed accounts I have an authenticator on it. Someone else has the pass and try's to crack the authenticator all the time. I know they wont manage to do it however now the account is locked due to failed attempts etc. It says to call the billing department however will this unlock after 24 hours or?

I'm not sure on a time frame, but if you have full info for the account just call in.

A lot of things are 24 hours but I think the only way to unlock it is to call up Billing department. You will need full acc info. Oh and this should be put in the scams help sub-section really.

Call them, it can take some time until you can play again tho.
