Smart auto clicker?

I've been using Calek's method for getting valuable items off the neutral auction house for a while now, (if you haven't checked it out yet, it's a great thread: http://www.mmowned.com/forums/bots-p...eutral-ah.html )

I've been using a regular auto clicker and just having it click a macro every half a second or so, but I'm pretty sure Blizzard could look at their logs, and see the same macro running exactly ever x seconds for an extended period of time. What I'm trying to figure out is if it would be possible to make an auto clicker that would click only when btmscanner shows a confirmation box. btmscanner plays a sound whenever it finds an item, so one way I could see of possibly doing this would be to click whenever that certain mp3 is played. I really don't know anything about scripting, but I was hoping I could get some help from someone who does. I think this would be a near ban proof scam if we could just figure out this business with the auto clicker.
